Lately i’ve been working in the challenge of changing the culture of BBVA with the creation of the Community of Practice dedicated to design thinking within BBVA. Project of Coolhunting and Global Trends
The main objective was the identification of the top 10 Food Biohacking Trends in Europe.
Our research approach included a combination of net/street hunting, tribe identification, social network analysis, personas, user diary journals and interviews with experts.

As part of the Design Transformation team, I am focused on enabling BBVA become a more design-centric organization.
My work has been divided in two complementary goals. First, fostering design appreciation, knowledge and expertise across functions, levels and geographies. Second, facilitating a global approach to design team training, mentoring and culture.
The work spans all design disciplines with a focus on several programs: design education, design events (Design Wednesdays), external outreach and development of materials.

Design Strategist
My main task was to find valuable information to provide to the associated companies. During this time I conducted a quantitative research based on the data of the Spanish civil constructions and I benchmark the international engineering consultancy companies in order to identify best practices to apply to the Strategic Plan.
